Hello! I’m so glad you dropped by my site.

I’m Lisa Davis, Registered Dietitian and Licensed nutritionist. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Nutrition Therapy having worked in hospital and outpatient settings. Outside working as a clinical dietitian in the hospital, I have worked in diabetes education, provided support in family medicine practice, and in recent years I have provided support to those with eating disorders and disordered eating. I’m very grateful for all of these experiences. My desire is to come along side those who would like to improve their health and relationship with food.
I received my BS from Carson-Newman University in Food & Nutrition and my MS in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University.
I specialize in providing medical nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with eating disorders, disordered eating and weight or body image concerns. I also have many years experience in supporting clients with diabetes, pre-diabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and more. One of my passions is supporting those who would like to grow in their journey to health and healing.
Finding the right support can be challenging. I understand that each client is unique and my approach is to partner with them to find an individual plan to move towards health. My goal is to help clients nourish a healthier relationship with food and learn to take care of their body.
