  • What can I expect at my first appointment?
You will be asked to complete a detailed medical and nutrition intake form prior to the appointment. This is very important as it saves time in your session allowing us to focus on what is most important to you. We will review your medical and nutrition history and identify places to help you move towards health. Together we will develop a treatment plan and achievable goals that are driven by your nutrition or recovery needs.
  • How often will we meet?
This is determined based on what the client needs. Clients benefit most when they are able to follow up on some frequency after their initial appointment. Together we will determine the projected frequency of your follow-up appointments. Most clients find meeting weekly to bi-weekly for a few weeks to be most beneficial in working towards their goals. Then we will often step down to monthly or quarterly meetings. Follow up sessions vary from 30-50 minutes. Everyone’s nutrition and support needs are unique and so are their follow up plans.
